$50 Service Certificate – Terms & Conditions
This Service Certificate (“Certificate”) is issued by Overdrive Auto Service LLC and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility & Minimum Purchase
Certificate is valid toward qualifying repair services totaling $250 or more before tax and shop fees on a single repair order.
2. Qualifying Services
Valid only for mechanical repair services and associated parts.
3. Exclusions
Certificate is not valid toward:
- Oil changes or fluid maintenance services
- Tire purchases or tire services
- Battery purchases
- Diagnostic or inspection fees
- Sublet services
- Emissions testing
- Warranty repairs
- Previous purchases or prior invoices
4. Non-Combination
Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, special offer, or third-party warranty coverage.
5. Redemption Requirements
Certificate is not valid toward:
- Must be presented at the time of write-up, before service authorization.
- Valid for one-time use only.
- Limit one Certificate per household and/or per vehicle.
6. No Cash Value
Certificate has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund.
7. Transferability
Certificate is non-transferable and may not be reproduced, duplicated, or altered.
8. Expiration
The certificate must be redeemed on or before the expiration date printed on the Certificate. Expired Certificates are void.
9. Right to Modify or Refuse
Overdrive Auto Service reserves the right to modify, interpret, or refuse any Certificate that appears altered, duplicated, misused, or obtained through unauthorized distribution.
10. Limitation of Liability
Overdrive Auto Service LLC shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Certificates.
11. By redeeming this Certificate, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
